How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will be able to track your order with the link provided in the email.

The status of your order is easy to find:

Will Essynce Couture ship anywhere?
Currently essyncecouture.com will only ship to all 50 states within the United States.
What are your shipping & handling rates?
Our rates vary by shipping destination and merchandise and will be added to your subtotal at the end of your purchase.
What are my payment options?
Web and phone orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
What is the time frame to receive my order?
Our time frames will vary since Essynce Couture’s clothes are hand stitched by a seamstress to perfection. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks to receive merchandise. However, rush shipments and processing are available per your request.
Can I return or exchange my merchandise?
We will NOT be accepting any returns since our “Upscale” clothing and body products are custom-made to perfection. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact customer service for a fair resolution. If your size is incorrect, we’re willing to adjust FREE of charge. At this time prepaid return labels are not available. Shipping and return shipping is non-refundable.
How can I become an Essynce Couture model?
Essynce Couture does not currently have their own models. Depending on the photography requirements, we usually use modeling and talent agencies that represent young people or sometimes we may offer contests. Essynce Couture does not offer agency referrals. You may want to contact such an agency in your local area to see what is involved in becoming a model..
